Our occupational therapy focuses on helping children develop the skills they need for daily life through meaningful, sensory-rich activities. We aim to support independence, emotional regulation, and developmental growth in a fun, engaging, and supportive environment.
FEEDING THERAPY
Our registered SOS-trained feeding therapist uses a combination of play-based therapy and sensory-rich activities to help children overcome difficulties with texture, taste, or oral motor skills. With mobile occupational therapy, children can receive support in the comfort of their own environment.
SENSORY THERAPY
Sensory therapy is a powerful tool that helps children thrive emotionally, socially, and cognitively. Through tailored, play-based sessions, we bring therapy directly to your home, school, or community for convenience and consistency. With personalized plans developed from occupational therapy evaluations, we work closely with parents to meet each child’s needs—whether in after-school programs or early intervention therapy.
PRIMITIVE REFLEX INTEGRATION
Primitive reflexes are automatic movements developed in infancy that help form the building blocks for posture, coordination, and learning. When these reflexes are retained beyond early childhood, they can interfere with attention, movement, and behavior. I offer individualized assessment and therapeutic activities designed to help integrate these reflexes, supporting improved regulation, academic readiness, and motor coordination.
Community Opportunities
At Milestones in Motion Therapy Gym, we believe every child should explore the world in a way that feels safe and fun. We offer sensory experiences at select community events for children with and without disabilities.
Benefits of Sensory Experiences
Our sensory experiences are designed to nurture growth and create a welcoming space where all children can learn, play, and thrive.

Our speech-language services are designed to support children and young adults in developing the communication skills they need to thrive at home, in school, and in the community. We provide individualized, evidence-based therapy to address a wide range of speech and language needs, including:
• Articulation & Speech Sound Disorders – Helping children speak clearly and confidently.
• Language Development – Building skills in vocabulary, grammar, comprehension, and expression.
• Social Communication – Supporting children in learning how to engage with peers, take turns, and understand social cues.
• Fluency (Stuttering) – Guiding children toward more confident speech.
• Augmentative & Alternative Communication (AAC) – Providing support and training with AAC devices and systems to ensure every child has a voice.
Our approach is family-centered and collaborative, ensuring that caregivers are actively involved in the therapy process. Each session is tailored to your child’s unique strengths and challenges, with engaging, play-based activities that promote meaningful progress.
Whether your child is working on first words, developing conversation skills, or learning to use technology to communicate, we are here to support their journey every step of the way.
MOBILE PEDIATRIC THERAPY
Specialized care delivered directly to families makes it easier for children to receive consistent support in a comfortable and familiar environment. We provide professional mobile pediatric therapy designed to support children's development while reducing the stress and inconvenience of traveling to a clinic. By bringing therapy directly to homes and everyday environments, we help children practice skills where they naturally learn, play, and grow. Our approach centers on understanding each child's strengths, challenges, and developmental goals, so that therapy is practical and effective in real-life situations. BEHAVIOR COACHING AND PARENT TRAINING
Family Consulting with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) uses evidence-based practices to provide support to the child and their family. Services are provided by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who will work with the client and their family to create an individualized intervention.
-Individualized Interventions- The treatment plans are developed at the child’s current skill and behavior levels and work to create an environment that reinforces the development of new skills while decreasing undesirable behaviors.
-Whole family Services- Our services are for the whole family. Working with the family to strategize and plan for routines and the correct response to challenging situations is the key to success.
-Targeting daily challenges- Children encounter tasks each day that can be nonpreferred or difficult; with the implementation of appropriate support, these challenges may become less distressing.
-Targeting skill and behavior deficits- Part of the goal of ABA is to create an environment that reinforces preferred behaviors so that the child will be motivated to engage in these behaviors rather than problem behaviors.
-Supporting and empowering the family- Children will face challenges all the way to adulthood. Preparing the family on how to address these concerns now will give our families the tools they need to help their children into adulthood.
ABA takes many forms when assisting children to deal with challenges and create new skills. The goal of our family consulting is not to replace schools or traditional 1-on-1 services but to give families access to tools and resources that may not be readily available. This is not just a 1-on-1 service but a service that addresses the challenge and trains caregivers on how to best prepare their children for success.
